I am honored to serve as the Kids Ministry Director at Shady Grove. My husband, Nick, and I have been married since October 2008, and we are blessed with two children, Grady and Maezie, whom I homeschool. After three incredible years traveling North America in our RV, God led us to Kentucky in October 2023. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, we now embrace life on a rural homestead, where we raise chickens, sheep, a donkey, and tend a garden.

We joined Shady Grove in December 2023, and soon after, the Lord placed a passion for kids ministry on my heart. My vision is to guide children to know Jesus and nurture their personal relationship with Him as they discover His deep love for them.

Favorite Verse: Ephesians 2:8-9 – “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one may boast.”

Favorite Things: I adore spending time with my family, the beauty of nature, great food (especially chocolate), and a good thunderstorm.
